Too much emphasis on my child's weight even though it is perfectly within range, they are extremely active and healthy.
The visit seem rushed no time talk actually talk about what going on and my concern are just dismissed like it doesn't matter
Waited 20 minutes past our appointment time to be taken to room, then waited another 20 minutes for Dr. Sherman. When he finally came in, he was rushed and we barely had a conversation. Overall, it took over an hour for this appointment, which was only a well child exam. I am already looking for a new provider. Appointments have repeatedly been canceled or rescheduled and wait times at appointments are ridiculous.
Although the office seems to run efficiently, I do wish the specific staff we had who was administering vaccines would greatly slow down to help support a relaxed environment rather than a rushed one.
I realize that providers might not have control over how big their caseloads so I imagine this might a factor. I generally felt rushed during this appointment, felt confused about why there was a different doctor accompanying my doctor and wish my doctor spent more time listening to me instead of giving advice that I didn't need or want.
The nurse was nice and Dr. was great Dr. Sherman

My children and grandchildren have Dr. Sherman as their doctor. He is great!! He is Knowledgeable, calm pleasant and reassuring every visit.
Dr. Sherman is always pleasant, patient, thoughtful, thoroughly explains everything, and answers all questions asked.
In regards to the question about being seen in a timely manner, we do not usually have a negative experience with this when we see Dr. Sherman. This was the first time I can remember where we waited for about 30 mins to see the doctor. Usually they are all very prompt!
