Your livewell application has been missing important information the last few times I have been into the office. I am concerned that once my memory starts to fade from age that I will be getting double appointments etc from information that is missing from this ap.

No one can tell me why my MILD ( minimal invasive lumbar decompression ) procedure is being denied for my spinal stenosis. My other insurance has approved the procedure.
Dr. David Jenks is an outstanding doctor. Friendly and kind, great listener, smart and experienced with a vast array of knowledge. Dr. Jenks always takes his time to evaluate the patient and to follow up as necessary. I have had many doctors and he shines above them all.
