I am comfortable with my doctor and feel that he cares about my well being and others as well.
This visit was a last minute support meeting to explain the situation of the cancellation of a heart valve replacement surgery. The Catscan showed a situation that has triggered a search for the question of my internal organs. The question was whether cancer is a condition . Every one in the support staff was very friendly,& helpful. One situation that bothered me was the attitude of a desk employee at Whitefish Bay clinic. She was a bit curt and lectured me on the need for a appointment. 3 employees at the check in desk, one at a desk across from the desk. No other patients. After all the pleasurable interactions with the phone staff at Good Hope clinic and the Grafton Hospital phone staff earlier in the day I was very surprised and displeased. My back ground is retailing, customer service to mature customers and more customer service . I know that sometimes it is difficult but I prepare ing for some major health challenges. Discuss the situation with your staff. "Walk a mile in my shoes "

Your parking lot is dangerous. Poor drivers Everything looks very old and run down. I wish Dr Jenks worked at another location. I will not look for any other healthcare providers at this location. I dread going to the Good Hope facility.

when a person feels like their health is somewhat in decline due to aging it is helpful that a doctor takes an intelligent, thoughtful and thereby hopeful approach. it means everything. I feel that I have a partner in the steps towards figuring out an issue and acceptance of treatment. the staff and ease of getting everything scheduled was very smooth. thanks Dr. Jenks and the inperson staff at Good Hope and the telephone staff in scheduling.
