Clean, comforting and nicely appointed facility

Dr. Crosby was great. A good and patient listener. But if my scheduled appointment was only for 10 minutes, that's unrealistic. And I felt reprimanded afterwards by his assistant for having more than three concerns. It felt like it turned unfriendly.

I am happy with my care at your office. I have been a patient here for many years and have always had my needs taken care of. Thank you.

Everything went very well

Very nice doctor who takes the time to explain everything so you understand the treatment plan and reasoning behind it. He and his nurse did a great job interacting with both my son and I.

My experience today was excellent. It could not have been better.

The doctor was largely very nice and made sure I understood what was going on. But during my skin check I didn't appreciate how he just pulled my underwear aside and looked at my privates without asking for my consent. I was there willingly and submitted to do the skin check. He could have been courteous and told me he's about to do that, though. It felt like he just felt entitled to do so without a word. I didn't like it.

This was my initial visit with Dr. Crosby for a full body dermatology exam. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and efficiency of the exam. Dr. Crosby explained everything in a very understandable way. I would recommend him highly.
