As always it was a pleasant experience. Dr Crosby and his staff were simply wonderful. I am very grateful for all they did for me.

Dr Crosby explained my options in detail and was very patient in answering questions. I felt very comfortable and confident with him. However the front desk staff was not very welcoming. They weren't mean or disrespectful but they did not give patients a warm welcome. I felt like the staff was unhappy to be there.

Dr. Crosby as well as his nurse were very helpful. They answered my questions. But I forgot to have him take care of the cyst in my left ear that I was unaware of.

Professional & friendly care.

This was the second time that I saw Dr. Crosby and will always ask to see him whenever I have a dermatology problem. He was very thorough and informed me about what might happen when I return in a month. I was well pleased with my visit.

The doctor.NP and staff inside the office were wonderful but the receptionist who checked me in was extremely impersonal; not very friendly at all.

He was so kind, patient and extremely skillful. I thought he was beyond what a patient could hope for in a doctor and I would highly recommend him to everyone.
