Dr Crosby explained in detail what my condition was and what the procedure would be to remove the lump in question. By his explanation it calmed my fears for possible future needs.

I was impressed with the provider's thoroughness, immediate diagnosis, and preventative care recommendations. The explanations were clear, and the provider was willing to listen to the patient. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and seen promptly. Overall, the experience was terrific.
