Very efficient
Dr. Crosby and his staff could not have been more professional, polite and informative. Every aspect of my biopsy procedure qent perfectly. I highly recommend Dr. Crosby, and he will be my go-to dermatologist from here on out. Again, kudos to his wonderful staff as well .
Always good to keep your health in check
The nurse was very nice and respectful. I had a mask on and she offered to put one on if I felt more comfortable. The doctor on the other hand lifted my mask, which I understand to do the health check, but he didn't offer a mask or wear a mask and he was very very, very close to my face. I also didn't see him wash his hands when he came in.
I was treated with respect.
I like that Dr. Crosby is always very thorough in skin examinations and explains findings clearly.
Missed freezing one spot that we discussed having done.

It was quite confusing trying to get my medicine refilled It actually cost me an uneasy visit wit the doctor
