Before entering the exam room The provider said some disparaging remarks while right outside the closed exam room door. I could clearly hear the remarks. That turned me off from ever wanting to see this provider again.

I was seeing a different provider for v beam laser and they stopped using that machine at that office. I was referred to the Waukesha clinic and the provider said he is also no longer going to be using the v beam laser for any cosmetic procedures. I'm not sure what to do moving forward.
