Dr. Crosby was very friendly and informative. He reassured me that the couple of spots I had questions about were totally benign and put my concerns to rest. I did get the sense that he was in a hurry, but like I said, he was very friendly and I considered it a great visit.

Dr. Crosby has been treating me for around 10 years for recurring spots of cancer on my skin. Now i also have stage 4 lung cancer, so he advised that we do not need to schedule regular visits. If, i have an outbreak he advised that i call and come in quick and he would fix it

Dr Crosby is an excellent practitioner who Ive been seeing for melanoma skin checks after a resection surgery done approximately 10 years ago. He is very thorough, kind, and am always confident will find any new skin lesions were they to appear. He also did my biopsy prior to that resection, and made certain I was referred to an excellent surgeon when results came back positive. Nothing but good things to say about the man.

The only problem with Aurora is trying to get through to the call center. Earlier this year it took 2 1/2 days to reach someone at the center. Then I couldn't get through to the Dr office. No one answered the phone. I couldn't get an appt for a serious rash for over 2 wks. I asked my GP (Pro Health) for a recommendation for a new Dermatologist. I don't want to change doctors but Aurora's poor answering system may cause me to change.

The doctor and staff could not have been more concerned and professional.
