Dr. Hyman is very personable and easy to talk to. I don't feel rushed when I have questions.

I don't understand why I should show up 15 minutes early for an appointment, pre-register online and then set for nearly a half hour for the doc to show up and not offer any explanation why he was late. In addition, if I assume that the person in front of me showed up 15 minutes early, then the doc had appointments with 2 patients at the same time. If the doc can't be on time, then there should be a refund of the co-pay. I scheduled the rest of my day assuming he would be on time, just like his day is scheduled assuming I will be on time, as I was.

The NA told me the physician would be in in a few minutes. The wait was about 25 minutes sand no one came in during that time to let me know it would be a bit longer. No issue with the physician I appreciated the consultation.

This was my first visit with this provider. Things went very smoothly and I am waiting for the results of my biopsy. Provider will inform my primary doctor of the results and also inform me of the results. I may have to see him again depending on the test results. He was very amiable and courteous and I would highly recommend him to others. It was a good experience.
