I'm very pleased with the results of my nasal surgery. Now, with the internal apparatus removed, I can breath freely. Wish I had this done years ago.

I would like the doctor's findings in my after visit summary. I know my meds, problems, and immunization history. What I won't remember is what the doctor said and options he offered. I would like to get a report on that. I tried living well and can never get on it. I had planned to call the clinic to let them know that their after visit summary is worthless
