It was BEFORE the appointment, but they didn't have any appointments open for illness/injury for a full month. If I wouldn't have been able to see another provider, I would have had to go almost a month before being seen. That's an awfully long time to wait for your own provider.

Went in for 2 symptoms and only one was addressing by physician. I had to bring up the other. Doctor seemed like he was in a hurry and I left wondering to myself why did I even come here. Symptoms were not resolved and if I need to I will go to an ED if necessary to get the right Treatment.
I had a terrible cough and I understand no one wants what I have but I felt like he was just trying to get me out of the office. There was a definite lack of car or empathy. Just showed me why he wasn't giving me an antibiotic even though I wasn't asking for one. Disappointed for sure
