I make an appointment for a time convenient to me, fill out the online precheck well in advance, but am still requested to come in 15 minutes early only to sit in the waiting area. I'm on time, the doctor is on time, but I have to waste 15 minutes for no reason. If I wanted to come in 15 minutes early, I'd make my appointment for that time.
