An x-ray was scheduled prior to the doctor's appointment. I was not informed of the event at all (15 minutes earlier than my doctors appointment). The only way I found out was a few hours before when I logged into my account to check in for the doctor appointment. Someone is not properly communicating.

Provider identified the problem in a timely manner, showed me a picture of the problem, recommended solutions and I chose the shot which he gave me. Early returns are that the pain is 90% lessened so i am very happy.
