I arrived at 220 for a 230 appt and already had pre checked in. At 3PM I asked the PSR how much longer I'd have to wait. Apparently, my file got "missed", not sure but the PSR apologized and gave me a meal ticket. I was then brought back and apologized to over & over, so all good. The Dr. was very thorough in my exam and in explaining my issue and various options for treatment.

Dr Hertel is a great doctor!! So easy to talk to!

Aurora makes rescheduling appointments difficult by interceding between patient and provider for scheduling. An Aurora telephone rep explained why this is done, but it still is difficult. Also it seems to be impossible to schedule an appointment on one day at Aurora to coincide with a second appointment at say Prevea, to avoid multiple hour long drives into Green Bay.

Excellent Dermatologist. Wonderful demeanor and great staff. I would recommend to anyone.
