As a Hispanic patient I needed help when I walked into the office.the front desk receptionist a bilingual lady did not want to help me , she said it wasn't her turn to help. That is an unprofessional response. Any one should be willing to assist a patient especially if it is a language barrier concern.

Advocate South Holland , has the best and nicest staff from the security personnel at he the front door to the environmental service staff.
