Dr. Montalvo is extremely personable and spends time addressing concerns or just "talk-back". His demeanor is kind. The Advocate staff was nice as well.

This physician was very approachable to heat questions and answer them. This professional physician was attentive and supportive of the recommendation of care in the patient best care steps to follow through with. If possible I would like to have the opportunity to be under his team if my primary care physician isn't available. We need more physician like him to make the patients experience calm and understanding.
