knowledgeable friendly and helpful medical personnel along with the physician
They treated me very well
Great care and Team. Thank you.
Dr. Kosempa has performed surgery on me 2 times in the past. I trust him very much for his knowledge and skill. He and his team are all knowledgeable, friendly and personal, which helps to assure me my health needs will be taken care of and they will do everything they can to heal my injury.
When I walked into the building I approached the desk on the main floor to ask for assistance and a wheelchair to get to orthopedics. As I was speaking to one of the girls, the girl at the first desk rudely interrupted and said "the elevator is right there around the corner". I continued to explain that I had issues with my knee and almost feel in the parking lot and was not going to make it the rest of the way on my own. I again asked for a wheelchair and assistance. The same girl then said "there are wheelchairs around the corner but we can't help you get upstairs." I said "you don't need to be so rude about it. You are in the job of helping people, why are you being so rude?" Her response "I'm being rude?" Meanwhile the other girl had called upstairs to.orthopedics and asked someone to come down and get me. She also brought me a wheelchair, helped me in it and explained that someone would be down soon to get me. When I asked for the "rude girls" name she refused to give it to me, the other girl was not comfortable giving it to me. I'm sure you can find out who it was based on my information. Clearly you have 2 completely different types of employees working at that desk. One of them, I would say, clearly does not want to be there. Maybe she shouldn't be.
No more. But after 6 months I want to come back for an injection to prevent my cancer.
Dr. Kosempa has treated me since 2013. "Bed side Dr." It means, for me, Dr. how listen to the patient. Great Doctor.
Doctor was very good. The one receptionist was impolite, the one I spoke with to make a follow-up appointment. The technician that took me to the exam room, left me with an impression she was in a hurry. Did not check my blood pressure, meds etc nor discuss much, said a few words and left.
MD agreed on a plan after we discussed Dxic testing and physical exam findings to date.
That everything whent very good for me .
