Dr Kosempa listened to how I injured knee, understood my passion and desire to remain active in Martial Arts and discussed non surgical and surgical options for my knee.
I feel total professionalism from receptionist to nurse to Doctor.
Taught that if I cannot say anything nice don't say anything at all- only thing will say is felt I was being blown off
I guess I would have appreciated the dr showing me on my x-ray where my problems were iso just saying I need surgery. I like a dr with a good bed side manor. I'm not sure if Dr. D Kosempa has that.
I came to Dr Kosempa as a referral from another MD that was not in my insurance. I was very pleased with my visit - he was timely, courteous, and took the time to listen to my questions. We made a plan together based off of my goals, as well as taking my high deductible into consideration.
He was a new doctor for me so will be able to judge him better after future visits
Though my appointment started late, I was quite impressed with Dr. Kosempa. He was very polite, asked relevant questions, had me 'show' not just 'tell' him about my issue, and carefully explained the two options of treatment he felt would be useful. He reviewed my recent MRI of the area as he was talking to me and discussing his game plan. At the end he again was very polite and checked with me to be sure all my questions were answered. Though the appointment time was brief, I do feel that the issues and concerns were addressed and that a good follow-up plan was provided.
This was my first visit to this facility and I really appreciated how fast and efficient the providers were, the concern they showed and the answers provided to my questions.
