Aurora's policy of routing all phone calls through a call center and not to the office of the provider is leading to frustration of timley and correct serious patient health information getting communicated to the doctor or doctors staff, and then the resulting response from the doctor or staff getting back to the patient. Messages don't get noticed by staff they are being sent to. Timley response is needed at times without the worry that response won't occur until maybe close of the day or maybe the next day, Not good, situation, to be evaluated by a nurse over phone and not being given an answer before close of day and having to wait thru to next day and recall with someone new, to dig into getting the problem communicated again to the Doctors and his staff so patient gets the help requested , test requirements if needed , and Prescription taken in a timely manner - by the requested Doctors staff , not personnel From outside the doctors staff. Thank you.
