Unlike another physician I see, Dr. Schaper's support/office staff is very responsive and helpful. Phone calls are returned in a timely manner, which unfortunately, is becoming an increasing issue with other practices. So many of my friends really like and trust their physicians, BUT find dealing with the support/office staffs frustrating. Indifferent, unresponsive and condescending are words that often come up in our conversations. My experience with Dr. Schaper's support/office staff has been nothing but positive.
