Dr. Lau was as charming and professional as I remembered. She had my notes, knew my case, and was able to formulate a plan of intervention based on my symptoms, and listened to my concerns. I left feeling hopeful that my condition would finally be addressed! She is a fine physician, and it was a good experience.
