The staff (intake, nurses, doctor doing procedure, anesthesiologist) were all kind and professional. Just would have liked a little more privacy when be asked personal questions before the procedure.

This was my first visit with Dr Lau. I was very impressed that she had throughly read up on my medical history. She was able to give me great advice about my next steps and I felt very comfortable about my health concerns when I left her office.
