Dr. CC was very nice, personable and knowledgeable and he definitely didn't make me feel like just another "number", or Patient, at all, fortunately! We even talked about similar interests and he talked about some personal things in his life, like how he met his Wife and how he got his Nickname, which was really cool, Welcome and different in a GOOD way! He actually drew some diagrams of the various Procedures and Body parts he would be looking into and checking out and explained exactly WHAT he would be doing and why, which I found most helpful and interesting! He was kind, compassionate and understanding, patient and very pleasant, too, which was great! I was very impressed! Thanks!
