Courtney took a lot of time and listened carefully to my issue. She was thoughtful, helpful, and kind. Her advice was much appreciated. I have a plan that I'm confident in. She was really great to work with.

Courtney is so wonderful, caring and helpful. Very knowledgeable and makes sure all our needs are met. Always a good experience.

Computers were down that AM at start of day so a bit of a delay, but things happen. That said I was still able to check in, immediately (15 min ahead of appt start time), at kiddy-corner desk as one computer was working. I then sat at opposite desk as was directed. Approx 10 min after my appt time, I was called back & nurse apologized for not getting me sooner. Said she asked her front desk if I'd checked in, they relayed I hadn't... I didn't check in at their desk as computers weren't working at the time, but I was (the only one) sitting in waiting room at that desk... While waiting, I heard/saw two TM's get their computers up and running. If they thought I hadn't check in, I'm curious why no one said anything or asked if I needed to check in, rather, continued to talk about the computer glitch amongst themselves. Glad the nurse went and looked (in computer) herself to see that I had checked in, otherwise who knows how long I'd have sat there waiting. Again, not a huge delay or impact, but poor example of effective communication and patient experience.
