Great experience with Courtney, though some of the processes leading up to my appointment could be improved. I had to coordinate getting my records to her for some reason (the clinic did not request them, and I only knew to do this because I called ahead on my own to make sure Courtney had what she needed). Despite calling ahead to ensure the clinic had what they needed, filling out the required health/billing/etc. forms ahead of time, uploading a copy of my insurance card, and checking into my appointment online the night before, it still took about 10 minutes for the front desk to check me in, including scanning my insurance card again, and Courtney didn't receive my records in enough time to review them before my appointment. I really tried to complete everything I could in advance to be as prepared and efficient as possible, but it seems like the office and paperwork procedures could use more improvement. Also, please give Courtney a salary increase, as she does a very good job and is well-respected by patients (demonstrated by her full schedule). Thank you.
