I like that my doctor talks to me tells me what's wrong and the nurses are wonderful

Very patient friendly and knew my history. I am absolutely happy to have him and his staff as my provider.

When I need to see a doctor I would like to get in for that day or shortly thereafter. I am always told they are booked months in advance. I don't pick a time to get ill/injury. Or I am told to go to the hospital or urgent care. If I have to do that all the time, what is the purpose of me having a PCP?
