He was GREAT
I'm not sure of the nurse that met me before my appt. with Dr. Harmann but she needs some recognition for her services. It's not a comfortable thing for me to visit Doctors and dentists but she has a knack for easy conversation that help me calm down for the visit. And of course Dr. Harmann followed the same with his ability to make me feel comfortable.
