This was my first time meeting Dr. Chuka and he was very through. He definitely looked through my chart. Because he definitely took time to look up my history and I found that refreshing. He asked lots of questions and didn't rush through my visit. Gave me suggestions and recommendations on follow up . Tests he wanted me to have. Working in healthcare your rushed a lot. I felt heard ! I'm definitely telling everyone about what a great experience I had
I dislike when blood work is performed. If anything needs attentions they just send prescription over without explaining or communicating with you about your results. I believe they should make there patients aware of results face to face so patients will be able to ask or address their concerns.
