My visit start @ the front from the time I enter thur the door security was pleasant. The coordinator not friendly. Once I asked her why she had an unfriendly expression, then she turned around & acted like a friendly person. My nurse had a pleasant friendly attitude, she was a true trooper.

First time I've seen Dr Chuka, very impressed with him.

The Doctor, Nurse, Receptionist and Security officer were all amazing.

My regular doctor was not able to take me due to being booked so heavily that I had to see another doctor who was available, but he had checked with my doctor who gave him information about the medication I had taken which may have aggravated the problem, but I was very satisfied with the results of my visit and feel much better knowing that I can schedule an appointment should my condition not clear up.

I have become very comfortable with my Dr, he is patient and he explains everything to me so that I don't feel as if I am being too sensitive.

My healthcare provider did not know my history because this was my first visit with him and there were no records available from my previous visits with a different doctor several years ago.
