I had to wait about 40 mins bf doctor came in

Dr. Berg is amazingly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I trust her with my pregnancy and healthcare wholeheartedly. I cannot imagine going through this experience without the comfort and reassurance that she has provided.

While filling out the check in form for Dr. Berg's office, I was required to answer a question that asked about family planning. The options were something along the lines of: "I'm planning to become pregnant in the next 2 years" "I'm planning to become pregnant in the next 5 years" and "My family is complete." I'm disappointed in the answer options as not all women fit into these categories. My husband and I are hoping to build our family through adoption, so none of these fit our situation. I thought an OBGYN office would be more sensitive to this situation. Besides that, the staff and office were good.

I arrived 15 minutes early like you asked me to. When the lady at the front desk checked us in, she tried scanning in my insurance card and it froze her computer causing her to call IS as my husband and I to just stand there and wait. We eventually decided to just sit down. I still didn't get called back to my appointment until almost 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. So I was waiting there before I saw a nurse almost a half hour.

I absolutely love Dr. Berg but I am concerned about when I do need to see her, that I will have to wait a long time for an appointment. When I scheduled my appointment for a very sensitive need, I originally was going to have to wait two months to get in. I had to push for inquiry to get a closer appointment. I was able to get in the with a one month wait. But that still felt so long when I was dealing with a challenging issue. Perhaps it is true testament to Dr. Berg's superb care.
