Dr Berg always takes time to listen to me as a patient. She gives me all the information I need to make my decision. She kind, caring, and extremely personal. I feel like I'm her friend. Poor messages from billing department. Received messages that I owed money even though I paid in full prior to my appointment. Seems like Aurora cares more about getting my money than providing me with health care
