I think Dr. Charles Player is a very good doctor and I'm very satisfied that I have him as my physician.

Dr Player is a very responsive doctor and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a doctor.

Dr. Player made me feel relaxed. He listened well and explained things in a way that I could understand. He spent a lot of time with me and did not seem rushed. Prompt follow up message with lab results. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

I appreciate Dr Player, his nurse, all of the people working at the reception desk and the people in the blood/imaging department. Furthermore, I appreciate Dr Player's effort in spending time with his patients, even if that means that I may have to wait a bit longer to see him.

This was to be a virtual visit, but became a phone visit as the provider was 1/2 hour late. It would have been nice if someone from the clinic would have called or sent a text to say that they were running late, and how much longer the wait would be. The doctor took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. More needs to be done by Aurora in general to treat people with more care. The clinic in general treats people as objects without feelings. There is also no follow up by anyone.

He takes the time to lessen to you and explain what needs to change. As to lower my meds for I lost a lot of weight. He is a great doctor and caring but is so had to get an appointment for he is so busy. I get excellent care . Dr. Player is the best doctor I have had in a long time.
