I am not a big fan of my Aurora, I would rather hear about things by phone then try to understand results or even letter some doctors send ,they are not even personal letter it just copy of results,not even it all looks great or if you have a questions on results call the office.it's very hard to get a answer with out calling office or making appointment. Sometimes it would be nice to get call back when you call the office in Timely manner without calling 2 days in a row to get answers. Communication could be better.
Only negative is Auroras request to have all where a mask. Everyone was very professional, and very approachable.
I wish Dr Player's schedule could be better managed by Aurora to account and accommodate for the amazing care, time, and experience he provides to his patients.
Over a hour late for appointment
I'm a new patient here - first visit - so it will take time for things to develop, but overall it was a good experience. I'll definitely be back.

Dr. Player is very good at making you feel comfortable during your visit. He never makes one feel that he is rushed for falling behind seeing his people. We are very pleased with him.
