First time this had happened, I waited in the lobby about 30 minutes past my appointment time. I was then taken to the room and was seen by the MA. I was told Dr. Player was still with another patient and he would be in as soon as he was done. I then waited another 45 minutes before the doctor came in. I do understand how this can happen and it is not the doctors fault. It would have been nice if someone just stopped in to update me.
