Dr Player is awesome. He is extremely thorough and listens to and addresses every concern I have.
Dr. Player is very thorough and listens well, addressing all my concerns before, during and after the exam. He is very knowledgeable and willing to refer to a specialist if further specific care is needed. He concerns himself with the whole person. He is both professional and compassionate, highly valued traits for a physician.

Dr. Player listened to my concerns and he was very thorough with making sure he ordered all the testing to rule out certain symptoms. I am very happy I found a doctor that takes their time with their patients and got me in right away when I needed help.

I did wait more than 30 minutes. Dr Player explained the reason, and why he chose to push my appointment back. This was my first visit. I wish I could expect more timely meetings; however I blame Aurora and UHC for running a medical provider's schedule like a business. It's not appropriate and providers should determine how much time to spend with patients - new patients or existing. My expectations are set for being consistently late...but it will be difficult to balance that with also being given the time I need with my doctor if I need more than 20 minutes.
Dr. Player always takes time to listen and answer any questions I have. He explains what the treatment plan is and why. If there are more than one option they options are discussed. I feel my decisions are respected.
