When you call, I would like to talk to someone in the office where I get my stuff done instead of the operator
Not make me wait 40 minutes for my appt when I arrived on time and the previous people did not arrive on time. When I leave the office and say I'll call back to schedule my next follow up appointment DO NOT schedule them and send me a text of the appt time. I DO NOT APPRECIATE scheduling my appt without my knowledge ESPECIALLY when I saw ill call back to schedule.
