She was great and really listened to me. She explained things in detail and was very kind. I only answered "Yes, mostly" for some of the questions instead of "Yes, completely" because there was not an option to choose "Was not relevant during this visit" which I would recommend as an option in the future.

To get through to a receptionist is virtually impossible. I was put on hold off and on for almost a half hour. Finally was told a nurse would be calling me which she did and was very helpful. Are you short staffed??

Was very pleased with my visit! Cathy was very thorough and even though she wasn't my PCP, she took time to dig into my chart at Angela's notes. She listened to my concerns and ordered the appropriate tests. I am looking forward to establishing care with her.
