This was my first time meeting with Cathy Devalk- Holl. She was amazing. She listened to all my concerns and helped me with setting up some goals to help me live a healthier lifestyle. She was very knowledgeable and I am so glad I found her.
It was not a great experience... the procedure was completed, however it occurred in a room that seemed to be doubling as a storage room. It was packed with medical goods; the chair I had to wait in had only a narrow space between stacks of supplies. I could hear the staff having casual conversations as clearly as if I was in the same room with them. Nothing wrong with the topic of their conversation, it just wasn't the most relaxing situation before my procedure. I had some anxiety about the process going in and I think the atmosphere exacerbated the anxiety rather than putting me at ease.
Staff are always helpful and very friendly!
The clinic was clean. PSR was very friendly and prompt. The provider took time and was very kind. Enjoyed my visit and look forward to having the provider be my PCP for years to come.
Staff was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and show empathy.
CATHY NP IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST NP I HAVE EVER SEEN AND I TRUELY TRUST AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HER HEALTH CARE! ALSO HER NURSE THAT WORKS WITH IS GREAT TOO!????
Your call center needs work. More training should help. Your reps need better information.
Lately she seems that she's in a rush in our appointments that she really doesn't care but I deal with it and move on
