She is easy to talk to and is very helpful.

Very positive experience. Dr Montero Conrotto is an excellent listener. This was my 1st visit, so she did not know my entire health history. She understood my issues and she responded in a manner that was easy to understand. She gave me some advice regarding both diet and exercise. She answered all of my questions in a professional manner. She was kind and considerate. She has become my new PCP.

This visit which was for annual physical was pretty good. But last spring when I went in for my hacking cough that went to my sinuses I feel like the treatment should have been a little more aggressive because most likely that virus affected my hearing per info from the ENT that I saw afterwards at a later appointment. I feel like I should have been given something that could have tried to kill the virus or at least lessened it's effects better.

Dr Carla is wonderful and very knowledgeable. Very kind and caring.

I was able to get in when I wasn't feeling well. the Dr. was very good at listening to me.

We were able to understand Dr Carla with a little extra time. It wasn't a huge issue but it takes a little bit to get used to her accent. This is only the second meeting with her.
