Dr Carla is amazing! She provides information and LISTENS. I had concerns about my A1C number and she explained how it changes as I age. She took the time to review my exercise and diet and jointly we decided on a couple diet changes to include more fiber. She further took the time to show me some food products that I can incorporate.
