Dr. Luu and his staff were excellent. I felt like the most important person in the building. I appreciated the receptionist as well. When I walk in the door, they were friendly, conversational, and warm!

Appointment system needs attention

By far the best orthopedic team I have ever met! I have been to 2 other providers at different corporations. I felt like a number at copley & midwest. This whole office at advocate made me feel like a person & sincerely cared about me. The assistant & the doctor were incredible! Outstanding! I am so thankful I finally find a great orthopedic team!
