I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Luu. He was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to everything I had to tell him. I also like that he seemed to have a clear plan of treatment that did not jump immediately to surgery.

Since this was an initial visit with Dr. Luu I think it went very well and he and his assistant were very informative and helpful. However, It is disappointing to find out that the injection I need is not readily avilable. I don't know if this is due to the manufacturer or, Advocate. And I wonder because Advocate seems to be getting worse as a provider. Not the Medical staff. Figure it out guys! You call for an appointment and sometimes the wait is a looong time! More Doctors? Less patients? It is hard to weigh profit against providing a timely medical service no matter what your commercials say...

This was my first visit to Dr. Luu. I was in and out of my appointment in 50 minutes, that included taking knee X-rays. Everyone in the orthopedic department was extremely efficient and friendly.

All the staff at that facility were very helpful and caring.

Listened to problem I was having with my knee . Examrned it and determined it was water and not a cist.
