The NP and MA were both so understanding and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. I felt heard, I learned about the different options I can approach regarding my condition, and the clinician was very adamant about ensuring a follow up to discuss progress. Overall, 10/10

Being my first time there,everyone was very patient and efficient in getting my medical history. I also received refferals for the specialist I need to see.

Appts are frequently rescheduled, wait time in the room is long (10-15mins), no one really smiles and says hello when you enter. Having advocate take calls now is terrible, have to always communicate on app and sometimes app isn't working. I called last night (advocate after hrs line) around 7:30pm and didn't get a return call till 10:39pm after my pharmacy closed.
