Caitlin was so thorough with getting my medical history and let me explain fully before asking follow up questions. This made me feel seen and heard, which is an issue I've had with providers in the past. She came back to check on me after I also passed out during blood work. She was incredibly compassionate and I felt very taken care of by her and every other staff member I interacted with!
