I felt like medications were suddenly pushed on me and I didn't get a lot of info on why or how to help lower some concerns. I wish the doctor better stated how I got high cholesterol and how to lower it. No one ever said how to lower it, just that it was going up.
Dr. Bernheim and his staff make every visit as pleasant and painless as possible. I never feel rushed or unheard by anyone. He's the best doctor I've ever had.
Nothing else, except, he is an excellent provider.
Good doctor
I felt like a number or better yet, like no one. He typed while I sat there for the first 20 minutes. I thought he would be a new doctor. Not the case. He was very short when asking a question. He said "I just told you that". Very uncaring, very impersonal. Basically, he really didn't care. I'm shocked based on his reviews. Will not return.
Dr. Bernheim a great doctor to talk to you, he comes across as a friend and doctor... Inside staff nurse etc, very good...
