Biggest issues was with checking. I find your implementation of the LiveWell portal to be way more glitchy than NMH. I was unable to re-add my Medicare part A card (AGAIN!!!!) and the person at checking had problems adding it, too. I think this year I added my Medicare Part A card, then was called because my primary work insurance was deleted, which I added again. The next time I checked my Medicare Part A insurance had been deleted. It looks like someone (or the application) does not understand that someone can have both Medicare Part 1 and employer's health insurance if they are still working.

Dr Bernheim has been an outstanding primary for me.
