This is only my first appointment and already Dr. Schlappe's entire team has been amazing. This is a pretty scary experience and they have done everything possible to make me less anxious and apprehensive. They put the "customer" back in "customer service". They call when they say they will, answer questions thoroughly and are professional yet friendly. The unknown/uncertainty is always more difficult than the adversity and Dr. Schlappe's team is great at laying out a comprehensive plan.
