Dr. Schlappe was very easy and welcoming to meet with during my appointment. She explained everything very clearly and often asked if I had any further questions. It was greatly appreciated to know that I was being heard. I feel very comfortable working with Dr. Schlappe, and am confident in the knowledge that she has regarding my medical condition and upcoming surgery. Her team also did a great job in relaying further information.

Learning to communicate with providers that limits topic to very specific issues. It is hard to think in terms of my body being limited only to Gyn or Urinary or Rectal or Neuro Skeletal. Especially because the Carcinoma is on the rectal vaginal wall.
Very happy with the surgery provided through the doctor that did it which was Dr. sloppy and everything went so well I and I'm doing pretty well through my recovery. I'm doing really well with my recovery.

Staff made me feel comfortable. I do feel they need to slow down a bit when they speak- the patient is absorbing information that is all new to them.
