Her staff is amazing especially her MA who is so kind

I was late for my appointment due to car problems. The team made adjustments and fit me in the schedule when I arrived. This created a peace of mind for me being it was my first three month appointment post operative.

Dr. Schlappe and her team were wonderful. Took the time to answer all my questions, gave multiple options for me to consider and were very thorough in their explanations. I would highly recommend Dr. Schlappe and her team!

Timely and knowledgeable

This was a follow up visit from surgery so we did not discuss the general items that I would discuss with my primary care provider

All staff spoke to me respectfully and answered questions clearly. Dr met with me and offered options in a friendly manner. Dr tried the in-office procedure that I asked for. The NP and recorder also were kind and caring ladies. I felt omfortable and recommend them as an A+ TEAM.

The question that I answered no to were because this was my 1st visit to her for surgery, and not other information, that I would only expect from a primary doctor. She was so friendly and took great care to explain things about my upcoming surgery.....lher nurse did also. I feel she answered all my questions very adequately.

Dr. Schlappe was professional and knowledgeable. I trust her with my health.
